Google Workspace is a good product — saying otherwise would be dishonest. The real question is different: are you buying a work platform, or professional e-mail on your own domain? Those are different needs, and they cost differently.
What Workspace does that we do not
| 1 |
Shared documents, spreadsheets and slides, with simultaneous editing.
| 2 |
Drive for storing and sharing the team's files.
| 3 |
Meet for meetings, with an integrated calendar.
If your team lives in those tools, a mailbox does not replace Workspace. In that case, keep it.
What changes when what you need is e-mail

| How you pay |
Per user, in a foreign currency, usually by card |
In meticais, with a local invoice |
| Accounting |
Foreign invoice |
An invoice your accountant accepts |

Any app, and we help you set it up |
| Documents and Drive |
Yes, that is its strength |
No — we are e-mail |
We do not publish prices for either here, because they change and an article with stale prices misleads. What does not change is predictability: a price in meticais is the amount that leaves your account; a price in foreign currency depends on the day's rate and your bank's fees.
The decision, in two questions
| 1 |
Does the team work in shared documents every day? If so, Workspace.
| 2 |
Do you just need e-mail to arrive, with the company name and a local invoice? Then you are paying for far more than you use.
You can have both. Some companies put management on Workspace and everyone else on mailboxes at their own domain. Same image, much lower cost — talk to us about how to split it.
Tell us how many people need e-mail and we will work out the numbers.
