It is a fair question: you found cheap international hosting and want to know whether you can register your .co.mz there. The short answer is it depends on the provider — and you can confirm it in under a minute, before paying for anything.
Why not everyone sells .mz
Country extensions are not open to any company. .mz is run by CIUEM, and only those with an accredited connection to the registry can register it. Many international providers sell hundreds of extensions and still do not include .mz — not out of ill will, but because they never went through that accreditation.
How to check in 30 seconds, with any provider

Find the list of extensions on their site (usually called Domains, TLDs or Domain pricing).

Look for .mz or .co.mz in that list. If it is not there, they do not sell it — and the search box will say "not found" or suggest another extension.

Check the renewal price too, not just the first year.

When in doubt, e-mail and ask. An answer in writing beats an assumption.

Be careful with anyone who promises everything. If a site accepts your .mz order without ever listing the extension, confirm before paying. There are cases where the request sits pending for weeks and is refunded in the end.
