The short answer: support is only for customers with a service or a question about it, and support tickets do not reach whoever receives applications. To apply, use the site’s Careers page, which has a form where you send your details and CV. If there are no open positions, you can make a spontaneous application.

What to expect, and what not to do
| Situation | What to do |
| You sent your CV and had no reply | Not every application gets an immediate reply, especially spontaneous ones. We cannot promise times or an interview. |
| You want to know whether there are positions in an area | The Careers page is where positions appear. Looking again from time to time is the safest. |
| You want to work as an affiliate or reseller | It is not a job: it is a programme in which you recommend or resell the services. See The affiliate programme and Becoming a reseller. |
| You want to sell us a service or propose a partnership | Tell us what you propose through the site’s general contact, not through a support ticket. |
| You want to make money online | See Making money with a website. |
| Beware of fake job offers in our name: requests for payment for “enrolment” or “training”, contacts through social networks promising easy earnings. We never charge for applications. See How to recognise a phishing message. |
| A support ticket opened about a job will not be treated as an application. Always use the form on the Careers page. |
