The short answer: someone looking for a space wants to see what it is like, know whether it is free and ask for a price. For that, a light site with good photos and a form is enough, and the entry plan will do. The work is in keeping availability right and answering requests quickly.
What weighs, and what does not
| Part of the site |
What to do |
| Photographs |
They are the site’s reason to exist. Several per room, in natural light, and a simple floor plan. Shrink them: Image optimisation. |
| Capacity and rules |
As text: capacity, hours, what is included (sound, chairs, kitchen), what is not allowed. |
| Availability |
A simple calendar, updated by hand, is enough for many. A booking system can be a plugin or an outside service embedded. |
| Quote request |
A short form (date, type of event, number of people) and a WhatsApp button: Putting WhatsApp on your site. |
| How to get there |
Address as text, directions, parking. See Being found on Google. |
How to choose, step by step
| 1 |
Start with the entry plan and a site with rooms, prices or “ask for a price”, availability and contact.
|
|
| 2 |
Answer requests the same day, even if only to say when you will reply in full: people looking for a space contact several.
|
|
|
Keep availability true. A calendar that says “free” on a day already booked costs more than having no calendar. If you cannot keep it up, put “ask for availability”.

In our plans
| Situation | Plan | Why |
| Start: rooms with photos, capacity, availability and a request form | Pro | 1 site, 10 GB NVMe SSD and unlimited e-mail accounts on the venue's domain |
| Several venues or halls, each with its own site | Plus | 6 sites and 20 GB NVMe SSD, with 200 e-mails per hour for requests and replies |
| Many rooms, big photo and video archives, bookings with login | Ultra or Business | unlimited sites and 30 to 200 GB NVMe SSD |
WHEN TO MOVE UP: Move up when you open another venue that deserves its own site, when the photos and videos of the rooms fill the 10 GB (Disk Usage in cPanel shows it), or when requests and confirmations reach the 100 e-mails per hour of the Pro plan. If you start selling tickets or taking paid bookings with a login area, read the article on bookings with login first: it may call for more than a presentation site. Moving up can be done at any time and the site is not lost.
