MozOut is a web hosting, domain and professional e-mail provider, in business since 2020. This page explains who we are, where we operate, and what sits behind the services you buy.

The company behind the brand

MozOut International is operated by RLX HOLDINGS (PTY) LTD., based in Saint Louis, Missouri, USA. We are part of the RLX group, which brings together the MozOut and Interweb brands - two distinct brands, sharing the same technical team and the same platform underneath.

Where we operate

We were born in Africa and serve customers across several continents - including the United States, United Kingdom, Brazil, Morocco, Angola and Mozambique. For customers in Mozambique there is a dedicated local operation, MozOut Moçambique, at mozout.co.mz, billing in metical with local payment methods.

1 We bill in nine currencies, including US dollar, euro, pound, real, rand, kwanza and metical, so you see prices and pay in the currency you actually use.
2 Support in Portuguese and English, from people who know the local reality - including your country's payment methods.
3 A registered legal presence in the country we operate from, with formal invoicing.

The infrastructure

Your sites and e-mail run on servers in European datacentres, chosen for stability and international connectivity. What that means in practice:

1 cPanel on CloudLinux - the panel most developers already know, with each account's resources isolated from its neighbours.
2 Active security - automatic malware scanning, firewall and attack protection, with nothing extra to buy.
3 Daily backups - taken in the early hours, every day, with the last 30 days available for you to restore yourself.
4 Free SSL certificate - issued and renewed automatically on every domain.
A note on what we don't promise. We don't sell "unlimited" and we don't promise miracles. We'd rather be clear about what each plan does, and be there when something goes wrong.
