How to access your webmail

You don't need to install anything to check your e-mail - the webmail works straight from your browser, on any device.

Accessing webmail

1 Go to https://webmail.yourdomain.com - replacing yourdomain.com with your own domain.
2 In Username, enter your full e-mail address, e.g. you@yourdomain.com.
3 In Password, enter your mailbox password.
4 Click Sign In.
Note. Webmail runs on Roundcube on every account, and it can't be swapped for a different app - but you're free to also read the same mailbox from Thunderbird, Outlook or your phone at the same time.

In our plans

  • Every hosting plan includes unlimited e-mail accounts, so each person can have a mailbox of their own.
  • Sending is limited per hour: 100 messages on Pro, 200 on Plus and 300 on Ultra.
  • To see which mailboxes exist and how much each one uses, open Email Accounts in cPanel. The same screen lets you set a new password if webmail says the user or password is wrong.
