Is there a free plan? What is included and what is not

Straight answer, no hedging: we do not have a free hosting plan, and we do not have a free trial period either. All our plans are paid from day one.

That does not mean you have to risk money blind, though, nor that everything is charged separately. Both things are worth knowing.

How to try it without risk

Instead of a limited free plan, we have a 15-day guarantee on Web Hosting plans. You buy, you use the whole plan - every feature, nothing locked - and if it does not suit you, we refund what you paid.

The exact conditions, what the guarantee covers and what falls outside it, are in refunds and cancellations. Worth reading before buying, not after.

Use the 15 days properly. The most common mistake is buying, leaving the account idle for three weeks, and only then starting to build the site - by which time the window has closed. The clock runs from payment. If you are unsure about the plan, put something up in the first week.

What is already included, at no extra cost

This is not «free» in the sense of a free plan - it is what sits inside the price and what many providers charge separately for:

SSL certificate Issued and renewed automatically for the account's domains. Nothing to buy and nothing to configure - see what is an SSL certificate
DNS management The domain's DNS panel is included, even if the hosting is somewhere else.
cPanel The full panel, with file manager, databases, e-mail accounts and an application installer.

What is not free, and is worth knowing first

Two things cause misunderstandings, so we say them plainly:

1 The domain is always paid for. Registering a name costs money, and it costs every year, because the money goes to the registry for that extension and not to us. We currently have no plan with a domain included - if you see that promise about us anywhere, ask us before counting on it.
2 A dedicated IP does not come with shared plans. Anyone who genuinely needs one is talking about a VPS or a dedicated server. What each type of service includes is in dedicated or shared IP: which one you need.
Be careful with the «free» hosting you will find out there. It exists, and it always carries a hidden price: someone else's adverts on your site, your name tied to another company's subdomain, no backups, no support, and the service disappearing without notice. For a personal experiment it may do; for a business site, the cost of losing everything is far greater than the monthly fee you saved.

There is always a cheaper option than the one you are looking at, and it is not always the obvious one: a longer cycle usually lowers the monthly figure, and there are entry plans that are perfectly sufficient for a company website.
